The first time I came in I was referred to Nicolas. I had already done the research and Nicolas and I got down to business immediately, which I appreciated. He answered my questions completely and directly. After the test drive I was pretty much sold. Deel's offer for my trade-in was a little weak, so both Nicolas and the manager recommended I try to sell it and come back when I was ready. I was able to sell my vehicle within the week and came directly back to Deel to follow through with the purchase. Again, Nicolas was very direct and accommodating to my questions and my needs and got the process rolling immediately. I suspected some extra charge would eventually jump up and surprise me, but nothing of the sort ever happened and the entire experience was ultimately very positive from beginning to end. Everything Nicolas presented to me was clear and straightforward, and everything worked out smoothly and efficiently. I left the lot in my new 2013 Jetta SE w/Convenience with a very positive sense. I felt very good about the entire experience, and I've told all my friends so. I really love my new car and I feel really good about the whole purchase process at Deel. Thanks for making it simple.

I purchased a 2013 CC. This is my 6th car purchase in my life and I need to say that my recent experience was the best among them. I just bought a 2013 Volkswagen Passat. I went to Deel Volkswagen after I had been to another dealer. At the other dealer I was not treated well so I was very discouraged. I decided to call Deel just to speak to a salesperson and explain the problem I had. I was upside down on my payments and had a lease. The salesperson I spoke to, Scott Cook was THE BEST salesperson I have ever come in contact with. I have bought many vehicles and have never had the indescribable experience I had here. He was so knowledgeable that I was shocked at how the other salesperson never told me at the previous dealer. He gave me information on Volkswagen that I never knew. I came in to speak about the Jetta because I didn't think I could afford the Passat which is the car I really, really wanted. Did I mention I really wanted the Passat? He was extremely patient (something that is not easy to do with me...lol) He managed to help me buy the Passat, he was never irritated when I asked to test drive again because I wanted to be sure, at the other dealer I asked to test drive the car and the salesperson actually said "NO". The reason I am so impressed with this salesperson and this dealer is because I lost my husband a few months ago and I had never bought a car by myself. There were a lot of emotions for me that day and Scott made me feel extremely comfortable as if he had known me for years even though we had just met and he NEVER took advantage of the fact that I was by myself at the dealer and I was extremely nervous. I don't have enough eloquent words to thank everyone for the fantastic experience I had at this dealer. I wish them all the very best of luck, especially Scott in his future at Deel, he deserves it. He even called me the next day to make sure I was loving the car...which I was, and to see if I needed anything else. He went way, way beyond the call of duty and I have only the highest praise for him!!!!!!! Thank you again to all!!!!!

Purchased a 2010 VW Jetta for my daughter from Nico Smith and he provided excellent service. Everyone at the dealership was extremely helpful and great to work with. I will be looking for another vehicle in the near future and will return to this dealership for the purchase.

Bad beginning ... lots of unkept promises, and confusion un pricing. Had a great great sales person at the end ( Harold ) ... personal attention, kind, and trust worthy. Kept his word and was very helpful. I am glad he took care of my file !
