I was forced to make wiper blade changes and tire rotations that weren't necessary for the lease inspection. If I didn't want it, they'd still charge me. The wiper blades were only a few weeks old. I'm completely dissatisfied.

My visit started well with Carmen aour the greeter. She is very courteous and personable. Rene asked if I was waiting on site for the car and through his efforts, my wait was shorter than expected.
