The ability to schedule the appointment online was quick and efficient. The service consultant (Jose) was friendly and clearly set out what was being done. Additionally, the woman who greeted me at arrival was very kind and helpful. This was the second time using the new service center on Bird road and it was much better than the first. I would highly recommend the Bird Road center.

Overcharging. Prices too high, it’s feels like robbery. I could’ve went to another commercial dealer that would’ve given a filter change, tire rotation for the same price.
