The Service manager Aaron kept me informed regularly about the progress of my repair (which I consider great customer service), He understood the technical issues with my car and gave me a new loaner vehicle. Aaron is a very valuable & professional Service Manager. Pedro the technician, did an excellent job repairing my VW ID4 a/c in less than 24 hours in addition to performing a door recall . Carmen the greeter was cheerful, courteous and very helpful. . I am very grateful to all 3 of them!

I officially ask Jose to assist us. He explained of what was going on in our car and the details. He also helped us minimize the cost of the thing that needs to be replaced since our car was 6 weeks out of warranty. I will ask Jose to assist on the future service.
