The repair job required a substantial number of hours to replace a faulty A/C evaporator. I have VW extended warranty which covered the work except for a $250.00 deductible. The work did take a couple of weeks, but the results have been excellent.

As a third-time lessee of a Tiguan SE I was told that all maintenance was included. And while I got my oil changed at 6760 miles I was told I had to pay for tire rotation, which I do not think is true per my dealer. Something didn't seem right. I did get a very small discount but next time I will travel farther to get the free services I expect.
