    Professionalism, courtesy, service were all excellent. I took my car in for several electronic glitches -- SOS error light, rear crash detection which stopped working, phone loses pairing non-stop for both iPhone and Android (latest firmware). The only thing done was the error code was cleared. SOS issue had cleared by itself the morning after it first triggered (auto cleared), but the two other issues are still unresolved. How does clearing the diagnostic codes fix anything? I will have to take in again at least just for the sake of documentation while the car is under warranty. "Mechanic paired his phone and drove it without issues." Yes, it does on car start up. However drive for some random amount of time -- 10min, 1hr, whatever, and infotainment will lose its connection to the phone. One can turn off the ignition and opens the door to turn off the infotainment system / stereo. Not a very practical workaround as one may have to do this repeatedly even during a short drive. When one has to use the smart phone while driving, it defeats the whole purpose of the hands-free infotainment system.
