    Bad experience with Rene from the service dept. brought my car in for two new tires and an alignment. When dropping the car off I mentioned an issue with filling the car with gas. He explained they would check this and there was a diagnostic fee. It I do the repairs with them the fee is applied to the bill. Ok, fine. In the afternoon rene calls me to tell me the tires are done. And explains the issue with the fuel pump and that to fix it the cost was like $3200. I was surprised and let him know I’d be there to pick up the car in like 10 minutes. When I arrive to the cashier, I don’t see anything on the paperwork explaining the issue that Rene went over on the phone. Just my tire/alignment service and that I declined to have them fix the fuel pump. I asked the cashier, a woman whose is very nice, if she had a breakdown of what the issue was. She didn’t but called Rene to come over and speak with me. When she called him and said that I would like to talk to him, his reply was “what for”. Their desks are only like 25 feet’s away. When he comes over I ask him if he has anything explained to me what the work was that needed to be done and what was wrong. He steps away for a minute, comes back and tosses a piece of paper in front of me. Turns around and walks out the door. The cashier looks at me, so embarrassed. She called his name, but I told her he walked out. He couldn’t even talk to me and explain everything again in person. Their desks paper was chicken scratch with some car parts and their unit cost. And the grand total of over $3200. I’ve been getting my cars fixed here for over 16 years. Looks like now I’ll be going to a different VW service department.

    The error on my dashboard wasnt fixed The error notice was cleared but came back And the part to replace the armrest takes around 2 weeks to arrive

    The service was EXCELLENT! I trust the dealership because I got what I need, fast and with the best quality. Also the service done from the Service Consultant Rey Padron always has been A+. It is a pleasure to have Rey because he is honest and professional and take the time to answer the question may I have. Keep the good work!!! I have been buying Beatles since 2008, this is my 3rd one and I LOVE IT!
