No communication about the status of my car. I called many times to check if my car was ready at the end of the day, no responses. I left messages on the mailbox. Finally, at 5pm he responded but he didn't replace the battery and the brake pads are at end of life. So I told him to work on the car so I can get it tomorrow, get done battery + pads. The next day 9.30am he called me to confirm replacing battery and breaking pads... But we already talked about this and confirmed the day before. This means they haven't done anything yet. Long story short, after other many calls my wife was able to pick up my car 6pm right before closing. Terrible communication, can't understand why in 2025 a car shop can't just send, at least, sms like any other car shops about the progress of the car or to communicate delays. I keep changing VW dealership, hoping to find a decent one. Never happened with other brands.

I bought my 2025 ID Buzz at VW South, and I'll never go back there. From now on, I'm a customer of Deel Volkswagen.
