The service at Deel Volkswagen Coral Gables was absolutely outstanding - the staff, especially my Service Advisor Jose Figarola, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain every detail of my car's maintenance needs, ensuring I felt completely informed and comfortable with the repairs. He was upfront about costs, and even offered helpful advice on future care, making this the best car maintenance experience I've ever had. I’m very thankful for it, and I wish Jose and the service team lots of success…!! See you next year!

The service was excellent but I was shocked from the cost of doing the repair to my car. A $12 sensor (my husband looked it up) needed to be replaced and I was charged close to $700 for it to be replaced and programmed to my car. I understand we need to pay for the labor but I thought it was excessive.
