I waited 4 hours for a single tire change. I wasn’t offered any water or anything until a different employee than whom was helping finally showed some hospitality.

It was unnecessary to have to bring my car in only to be told that the part had to be ordered. This information should have been conveyed to me on the phone. This relates to a recall regarding the driver airbag that my insurance company advised me of and I called to make the appt, thinking that I could wait for the car and it would be resolved. I was not told at that time that it needed to be ordered.
