It was my first time at Deel Volkswagen. I had the pleasure of having Kristi Moore as my service advisor. She was very efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to my routine oil and inspection. I appreciated her insight and will be going back to complete some of the service suggestions recommended by her.

I brought our 2022 Atlas in for a recall repair and to have the front brakes examined, as I felt and heard a grinding noise up front. Our service advisor, Kristi Moore, had the brakes examined and tested, which determined that the noise was from brake dust. The noise and grinding is no more.
