I’m from St. Louis, Missouri and I needed some an oil change and Arturo, The representative was very nice and he was very thorough and he just had a very good personality. I will surely be back because I will be in Florida at least to the spring.

The wait time of 4 hours was unnacptable given that the dealership knew when i was coming in with cash in hand to purchase 4 cars. The documents could have been prepared in advance because the dealership had my information. In addition, the cars could have been cleaned the day before. However, the sales team provided me the best price possible for 4 Atlas SUVs and went out of their way to help deliver the cars. My suggestion is as follows: Have 2 car detailers at all times: 1 works on cars that are going to be delivered the next day and one works on impromptu purchases. Secondly, incorporate DocuSign with the terms of the deal. Customers can sign their docs online prior to their appointment which reduces the wait time.

I was very disappointed. Service was extremely slow. I was advised my job would take 4 hours and would start first thing in the morning. I did not get my car until the end of the day.
