As you know I recently had my VW Tiguan serviced for a brake system check at Deel Volkswagen Coral Gables, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Kristi Moore was my Service Advisor, and she was exceptionally friendly and thorough. Not only did she ensure the service was done to my expectations, but she also took the initiative to check for any open recalls on my car. What truly impressed me was Kristi’s customer service orientation and her genuine friendliness. She went above and beyond by calling me after the service to verify that everything was fine. Her dedication and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

I have been going to this service for years, and with the changes you made, I found that the lady hosting people at the entrance was extremely rude and unpleasant. Horrible attitude, which I found odd because over the years I always had the best experience. You don't want to go there and get upset once you enter the place knowing that you have to wait for your car for at least one hour. Also, they brought my car with a plastic on the floor and a paper on the seat, and they left the key with a paper on it.
