Took almost 3 hours for a basic oil change service, and I asked if they could remove the leaves in the gaps of the trunck and did not do it. I stayed in the shop waiting for my car.

I spent almost 6 hours to be able to leasing my Tiguan and in the end the price was totally different of the dealer offer and after adjusts the financial guy charged me $50 more than the original offer, did not put my $2000 as first payment and the final price was $50 more. He told me that it was tax but the dealer gave me the price with all include. I needed the car and I spent 6 hours so I accepted to sign this but I did not think this is not right to do.
